1. How much does a wedding website cost?
Depending on the Love Weddings package you choose, your wedding website can cost from as little as £80.00! The website will remain however long you purchase your web-hosting for. This is normally for one or two years, with the option to renew after this time.

We highly recommend Free Page Hosting which costs from as little £18.97 for one years web hosting and a domain name, i.e. www.charlotteandjames.co.uk valid for two years.

2. Are there any additional fees?
No.

3. What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Bank Transfers, personal cheques or Nochex
(www.nochex.co.uk).

4. Do I have to live in the UK to purchase a website?
No, we are happy to design a wedding website for anyone, anywhere in the world. However, payment must be made in British Pounds.

5. How long will it be before the site is live?
Depending on how busy we are, your wedding website will probably be live from within one to two weeks. However, at each stage of the design process will be referred to you so you can see how your website is coming along.

6. How will my guests find my wedding website?
We highly recommend 'save the date' cards or magnets are sent out with your wedding website address. www.craftybrides.co.uk offer a fantastic step by step guide to making these cards, cheaply and easily. Alternatively we can make your save the date magnets using colours and styles from your wedding website for £1.00 per magnet.

7. If I have a question at any time who would I refer to?
Please feel free to contact us at any time by email. We will do our up most to answer your enquiry within 24-48 hours.

8. How do I send you my photographs?
We accept jpegs (jpgs) or gifs. Jpegs, however, are preferred. We would also suggest that a size limitation of approximately 30k is applied to your photographs; however we can easily resize them for you. Photographs can be emailed to us, or sent in the post. If you only have original hard copies we offer a scanning service at an additional cost.

9. If I only have colour photographs, can you change these to black and white?
We can easily amend colour photographs to black and white if you so wish. However we are unable to convert black and white photographs to colour.

10. How many pages can we have on our website?
It is entirely up to you. Our packages have a pre-determined set of pages that are most commonly requested, however it's entirely your choice. Extra pages can be designed at a small extra cost.

11. Can we add our professional photographs after the big day?
Of course you can. We advise that you gain permission from your Photographer initially and then we shall add up to fifteen photographs of your choice to a new page within your website. If you require more than fifteen photographs this can be arranged at a small extra cost.
